Älskade pensionärsmat!
Stuvade morötter med kalkon (bara femtioåtta skivor kvar nu, haha), babyplommontomater och persilja.

Lunch - Sunday
You might call me crazy but if I would have choose one thing to eat every day for the rest of my life, this would be it. Yep, meatballs with creamed macaroni and grated carrots, the best comfort food ever!
How to (For 2 people):
1. Boil the macaroni until tender. (I used whole grain macaronis and it tasted just as good as with the regular ones.)
2. Heat 2 tbsp butter in a sauce pan.
3. Add 2 tbsp flour and stir.
4. Add 2 dl milk, a little at a time and let it boil up while stirring.
5. Let it simmer for 3 minutes.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Pour the sauce over the macaronis (without the water of course) and stir.
